What stays on your device
asmr.channel has no accounts and keeps no profile of you. Two entries live in your browser's local storage and never leave it:
asmr:prefs: your volume, the last track you played, your last mood and the No talking filter.asmr:consent: whether you accepted or rejected analytics.
You can delete them at any time in your browser's site settings. The site works without them.
Hosting
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and delivers every page and sound. Cloudflare processes your IP address and request details to serve and protect the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our interest in a secure, working website). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Finding a sound
The search box searches the sounds on this site inside your browser. What you type is not sent anywhere and is not stored.
Analytics, only with your consent
If you choose Accept, Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) counts visits and the pages viewed, using cookies (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG). If you choose Reject, or choose nothing, no analytics load and nothing is sent to Google. If you later withdraw, analytics stop and its cookies are deleted. You can change your choice at any time:
Fonts and media
All fonts and sounds are served from asmr.channel itself. The site embeds no videos, maps or social widgets. Channel pages link to YouTube; YouTube's own privacy terms apply once you follow a link.
If you write to [email protected], we use your message only to answer it and delete it when the matter is closed.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR), and to withdraw consent at any time. You can complain to a data protection authority, for example the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
